Virtual Staging

Virtual staging is a form of staging that uses photorealistic furnature and decor to fill an otherwise empty space. This is a great way to help showcase a vacant property or to simply fill in an empty room of an occupied property.

Twilight Images

• $50 (3-5 images) Images will take place appx 30 min after sunset as an add-on when already on site for regular photos and/or video
• $125 (3-5 images) Images will take place appx 30 min after sunset and is booked as an exclusive session

Community Features/Community Center Add-On (when already on site for residential property)

• $25 Drone Aerials (3-5 images)
• $50 Interior (3-5 images- may need prior approval to access the community.

Room Measurements

• $25 up to 2500 sq ft
• $50 up to 5000 sq ft

The Fine Print

• Image turn around will be within 48 hours.
• Payment can be made via check or CC via PayPal.
• Images will not be delivered until payment is made.
• Images will be delivered via Google Drive.
• Image usage is granted for the purpose of the property listing and is only granted for the duration of the listing. Usage cannot be transferred to another realtor, company, or individual.
• Drone usage may not be permitted in certain areas due to FAA regulations and proximity to airports. Tree coverage and environmental factors may prevent drone usage.
